CAQA Recruitment is a Career Calling International initiative and part of the CAQA Groups family. The family works with education and training providers on quality, compliance, resources and technology every day — recruitment is the natural extension of that work: connecting the same providers with the trainers, assessors and education professionals they need.

Because we sit inside the sector, we read a role the way a provider does. We know what vocational currency means, why compliance capability matters, and what a good learner experience takes. That understanding shapes every brief we accept, every match we propose and every verification we run.
